A few years ago we've done a microcement kitchen worktop for a nice modern kitchen in Hammersmith area of London. Worktop took 3 visits over 3 days. The job was booked 8 weeks in advance. the base of the worktop has been made out of MR MDF impregnated with epoxy resin.  All fitting were removed for the installation.
